Aluminum Tripolyphosphate Series

Aluminum Tripolyphosphate, as a new generation of white antirust pigment made by Xinsheng Chemical, is the ideal substitute of toxic antirust pigments containing leadome. It turns out through practical applications test results by over 100 well-known coating material producers researching institutes at home abroad since it came onto the market in 1986, that this product is superito such antirust pigments as lead red, zincome yellow zinc phosphate in rust prevention practicality.
     Principal Components:  Aluminum Tripolyphosphate modifiers.
     Rust-preventive Component: P3O105-
     Specific Properties: White powder, insoluble in water, density: 2.6-3g/cm, nontoxic, not irritative to skin, free of harmful heavy metal elements like leadome good thermal stability. Tripolyphosphate ions (P3O105-) will chelate with many metallic ions form a perfect film that provides extremely strong resistance against corrosion to iron, steel light metals. With wide adaptability, it is very cost-effective fonly little amount required in production of coating materials flexible in colmixing fits white color.  
     Applications: This coloring pigment is able to widely substitute conventional toxic antirust pigments such as lead red zincome yellow in the production of various prime coats combined coating materials. With good compatibility with varnish paints, it can be used together with various coloring pigments, filling agents antirust pigments in the production of high performance anti-corrosion coating materials. Specifically, it is applicable to the production of dissolvent type of coating materials such as formaldehyde phenol resin, alkide resin, epoxy resin, epoxy polyester acrylic resin as well as water-soluble resin coating materials such as highly adaptable water-soluble epoxy ester dipping paint. Besides, it is also applicable to the preparation of high build paint, powder coating,ganic titanium-contained anticorrosion coating, on-rust paint, bituminous paint, zinc-rich primer, fire-retardant coating, heat-resistant paint, etc.
